I am a qualified, experienced psychotherapist based in North London, working with adult individuals on an open-ended basis or for an agreed time period. I offer a safe, confidential and non-judgmental space so that you feel supported to explore your concerns and better equipped to take steps that will enhance the quality of your life. I am experienced in helping clients with difficulties such as e.g. depression, bereavement, stress, low self-esteem as well as relationship, workplace or personal identity issues. I specialise in working with those who are living with, or affected by, cancer and other physical illnesses or disabilities.

I have worked with a diverse range of clients in my private practice and in different therapy centres in London, including working as a cancer counsellor at The Mulberry Centre, a cancer support charity, where I also facilitated a Patient Support Group.

I trained at The Minster Centre and have an MA in Integrative Psychotherapy & Counselling and a Diploma in Counselling.

I am a registered member of the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) and abide by its Ethical Standards. I am a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP Reg.) and work within the BACP’s Ethical Framework. I am also a member of The Relational School and the British Psychosocial Oncology Society.
