Minster Centre trained integrative counsellor and psychotherapist practicing in Warwick, Leamington Spa, and remotely. I offer a warm, supportive, safe, and confidential space to talk about feelings, thoughts, and concerns. I aim to enable clients to develop greater self-awareness, overcome their challenges, gain confidence, and grow.
I practise with a specific focus towards psychodynamic and relational understanding, and focussing, visualisation, narrative, cognitive, and behavioural techniques to suit a clients’ individual needs. I work with adults experiencing a broad range of challenges, and I have gained significant experience working with:

In addition to my private practice, I work as a Patient Experience consultant, trainer, and supervisor within an NHS Trust.
