Access
Access to the site is permitted on a temporary basis and The Minster Centre reserves the right to withdraw or amend the services provided on the site without notice. The Minster Centre will not be liable if for any reason the site is unavailable at any time or for any period.
You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary for you to have access to the site. You are also responsible for ensuring that all persons who access the site through your internet connection are aware of these terms and that they comply with them.
You may use the site only for lawful purposes. You must not use the site:

Intellectual Property Rights
The Minster Centre is the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in the site and in the material published on it. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved.
Material prepared for the primary purpose of providing information about The Minster Centre, its teaching and research activities, its subsidiary companies and organisations with which it is associated or affiliated has been placed on the site by the Minster Centre.
Subject to statutory allowances, extracts of material from the site may be accessed, downloaded and printed for your personal and non-commercial use and you may draw the attention of others within your organisation to material posted on the site.
The Minster Centre’s status and that of any identified contributors as the authors of material on the site must always be acknowledged.
You may not modify the paper or digital copies of any material printed off or downloaded in any way and you must not use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences or any graphics separately from any accompanying text.
You must not use any part of the material on the site for direct or indirect commercial purposes or advantage without obtaining a licence to do so from The Minster Centre.
If you print, copy or download any part of the site in breach of these terms of use, your right to use the site will cease immediately and you must at the option of The Minster Centre return or destroy any copies of the material you have made.
Nothing contained in the site shall be taken, construed or considered as a grant of licence or right to use the trademarks of The Minster Centre or that of any third party displayed on the site without the prior written permission of the respective owner/s.

The Minster Centre Material is provided on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis. Unless material is part of The Minster Centre Material, or unless stated otherwise, the site or social media channels may contain advice, opinions, statements or other information by various authors or organisations. Reliance upon any such advice, opinion, statement or other information is at your risk and to the extent permitted by law The Minster Centre disclaims all liability and responsibility arising from any reliance placed on such information by any user of the site or by anyone who may be informed of such information.

The Minster Centre has no control over the contents of those sites or resources and accepts no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.

Nothing in these terms of use is intended to exclude the The Minster Centre's liability for death or personal injury caused by the Centre’s proven negligence or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Jurisdiction
These terms of use and all questions of construction, interpretation, validity and performance under these terms including non-contractual disputes or claims shall be governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
