We agree to treat all people as individuals and with respect at all times.
We will not behave in a way that offends, intimidates and is hostile, degrading or humiliating to others.
We will not make offensive or insulting remarks about other participants or facilitators based on their age, disability, sexual orientation, sex, race, religion and belief, trans identity, or sectarian/political opinion (or what you think their identity may be). This includes ‘jokes’, ‘banter’, ridicule, taunts or remarks based on group identity stereotypes.
We will not behave in a way that intentionally or accidentally demeans an individual and signals that they do not belong, they are not welcome or their opinions are not valued. For example, someone being constantly ignored or talked over, or their authority undermined. Such types of behaviour are called microaggressions and if commonplace are behaviours or aspects of a working environment that signal, deliberately or accidentally, that someone doesn’t belong, or are unwelcome.
We agree to be respectful and treat others how they would like to be treated.
